NEW YORK.- Toño Rosario no pudo ser presentado en la
noche de ayer domingo en el espectáculo aniversario del programa "Pegate
con el Pachá" en el Teatro United Palace, como estaba pautado.
Una
comunicación publicada por el portal papaosogomez.blogspot.com, y que
supuestamente fue enviada por la administración del teatro a los organizadores
del evento dejaba claramente establecida la situación.
De
igual manera reposa en nuestro poder, la copia del acto judicial mediante el
cual la corte de la ciudad de Nueva York hace un requerimiento a Toño Rosario,
demandando el pago de US$230, 652.00 por manutención atrasada.

del United Palace:
Jay, Due to
the legal judgment and restraining notice against Maximo Antonia
del Rosario Almonte aka Tono Rosario he will NOT be allowed to enter into the
United Palace Theatre building tonight June 20th, 2014 nor is he allowed to
perform in this building at any time since he is NOT one of the artists listed
on the agreement.
We have been
advised by our attorney that should Mr. Almonte enter the building with any
equipment or property it is to be confiscated and turned over to the proper
authorities.
Please advise
all those involved with the Easy Entertainment organization of this development
and be sure that Mr. Rosario is informed since he is contracted with your
organization to perform.
